New Wave Group AB (publ) is listed in the Stockholm Stock Market's O-list and is the chief company in the New Wave Group. The Group comprises of around 70 companies operating in 21 countries within profiling, Leisure clothing, footwear, accessories and gifts.
New wave is a growth company which designs, acquires and develops branded articles for the profile market(Corporate Profiles) and consumer market(Within clothing, accessories and gift industry). The concern shall achieve synergies by coordinating design, purchasing, marketing and distribution of Group's collection as well as utilizing coordinating advantages among the Group's brands. The Group shall operate within the promotional and retail markets in order to obtain a good risk spread.
New waves IT - environment consists of around 1500 workstations with number of servers and other active equipments. IT-support function(First Line) consists of a group of 5 person in the Group's different companies, but coordinated of the Main Company. Other IT-service are carried out by a group of 15 person within the department Data Administration.
New Wave replaced their self developed Helpdesk System with the PinkVerify ITIL Certified Helpdesk and Inventory system, NilexPlus® for improving the Error Analysis, effective decision making, prioritizing and handling of the operation breakdown. Direct after a couple of months of usage, they are able to feel an effective support and satisfied users
